Terms of service
Effective 24 August 2026.
These terms govern your use of the Meridic service operated by Meridic. Questions: legal@meridic.com.
The service
Meridic observes publicly available advertising activity and produces cautious signals from duration, variation and change over time. It cannot see or promise spend, revenue, conversions, CPA or ROAS. Outputs are informational and are not financial, legal or professional advice.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate registration details, credential security, people you invite, and activity under your workspace or API keys. Do not use the service unlawfully, evade limits, probe other tenants, interfere with operation, or submit material you have no right to process.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are sold and invoiced by Polar as merchant of record. Prices, taxes, renewal period and cancellation terms are shown at checkout. Cancellation normally preserves access through the paid period; access is reduced when Polar reports the subscription revoked. Refunds are handled under the checkout terms and mandatory consumer law.
Public data and third parties
Advertising data may be incomplete, delayed, changed or removed by its source. Third-party providers and linked sites have their own terms. You must independently verify decisions that matter to your business.
Ownership
You retain rights in material you submit. You grant us the limited right to process it to operate and secure the service. Meridic software, presentation and derived methods remain ours; public source material remains subject to its original rights.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected workspace during the preceding three months. Nothing excludes liability that law does not allow us to exclude.
Termination and changes
You may delete your account in the product. We may suspend abusive or unlawful use. Material term changes will be dated here. If a change materially reduces your rights, you may stop using the service before it takes effect.
